    Well, you did move into an RV and start a book tour! Looking forward to what kind of costs you have now as full-time RV dwellers. I find myself dreaming of full-time RV living in early retirement in fact.

    I don’t really budget per se (aka assigning values to each category then sticking to it), but I do keep meticulous spreadsheets for every expense and put it into categories to understand our spending habits so I know what my running averages are and such.

    PS parascope and periscope are different things as Google told me. Ha!

      Some would say tracking expenses is just as important as doing a budget.

      If you have enough self-control to limit your spending, then a budget isn’t as important.

      But I believe tracking your spending is always important.
